How much do your packages cost?
You just dove into wedding planning and you’re trying to get a feel for how much your vendors will cost – I completely understand! However, since all weddings are unique, I like to schedule a quick phone call (or Zoom meeting) with potential clients to get a feel of what they envision for their event. From there, I get a service proposal over that lays out everything I offer, as well as the cost.
How far in advance do you book weddings?
I don’t book weddings until around a year prior to your desired event date (13-14 months prior for complete planning services). Not only can life throw a bunch of curveballs our way within a year and a half +, but your wedding vision can completely change, too! Maybe you got engaged and had your heart set on a Lake Tahoe wedding, but 6 months later you changed course and decided to elope and celebrate with your close friends and family in Hawaii! To avoid any complications or life-changing curveballs, I’ve adopted my policy of not booking weddings until a year prior to your wedding date.
Can you give me vendor recommendations?
Absolutely! When you book my consultation or day-of/month-of coordination packages, I provide you with access to my client portal on my website. On there is my list of amazing vendors in the Reno/Tahoe area, as well as a collection of helpful tips & tricks to assist you in your planning process.
Can I book you any time for complete planning services?
The window to book my complete planning services package is 14 months prior to your event date to 8 months prior to your event date. Planning a wedding includes sooo many details – it’s important we get started at least 8 months before! The most comfortable wedding planning timeframe is 12 months.
As my day-of/month-of coordinator, are you there the entire event?
Yes! As most venues dictate, I arrive 2 hours prior to ceremony start time on the day-of and stay until your event is through. If you added on personal décor clean up services with me, I stay until all your personal décor items are all packed up and in a designated car.
Do you do weddings outside of Reno/Tahoe?
I do weddings in Reno, all of Tahoe, Truckee, Carson City, Sparks, Graeagle, and other surrounding areas. Unfortunately, I do not book weddings outside of an 80 mile radius of Reno. Unsure if your venue location is out of bounds? Contact me!
